This is a great trip. The meeting place is very easy to find, and the subway station (train station) is next to it. The journey is not short, and the tour is officially opened after arriving at lunch at noon. It was a one-day tour, but it was very fulfilling. I moved to Meteora by large bus, changed to a minibus at lunch place, and visited each monastery. If you are on a day trip from Athens, you can't visit efficiently unless you take such a tour, so I think it was a good choice.
