Reviews: Wanaka: Tandem Paragliding Experience
Guest User2026-01-08
We were booked for 12:00 PM. The weather forecast wasn't so good for that time. The team suggested we start earlier, which we did. Chris and Sanae took videos and photos for us. We are very happy with the footage and the entire experience and would gladly recommend Richard's team. You don't have to climb a mountain; you get driven up it.
Reviews: Queenstown Wine & Food Tour: Scenery, Tastings & Delicious Lunch!

I joined the Queenstown Wine & Food Tour earlier this month, and it honestly turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. The weather couldn’t have been better. Our guide Claire was fantastic. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the region. She kept the day relaxed and fun, sharing just the right amount of info about the wines and the area’s history without ever feeling rushed. We visited Mt Rosa, Kinross, and Gibbston Valley, and each had its own vibe and amazing wines to taste. Lunch at Kinross was a standout — I had the fried chicken paired with their Chardonnay, which was absolutely delicious. Everything about the tour felt really well organised, but still super easygoing — no stress, no rushing, just great company, great wine, and amazing scenery.
Reviews: Arrowtown and Wanaka Highlights Tour from Queenstown

The guide was great. Funny and knowledgeable. And each site was beautiful. I would say it’s too long in wanaka and not long enough in arrowtown though as there’s lots to see and do there. It’s probably worth spending the whole day there and it’s only a 20 minute drive from queenstown. Wanaka is pretty but nothing really going on other than a view of the lake.
