The tour was operated by Hairycow and was at the end of January. The organization was excellent. After I purchased the tour, trip.com contacted me to reschedule it because the tour with a stop at the distillery wasn't available that day. I was offered a tour on the day I selected but with a lake cruise, or other days from the list that included the distillery. I chose the boat ride and was not disappointed. The bus was comfortable, with restroom and snack stops along the way. The views were stunning; I personally didn't have enough stops for nature photography. But the views are so beautiful that I wanted to stop every 100 meters. Late January was a good time for the boat ride; the boat has two decks, open on top and large windows on the bottom, and is well heated. There's also a bar with alcohol (I recommend the lower deck and look for the windows with the Nessie sticker for photos). And even though the program didn't say there would be hairy cows, the company named after them certainly showed them to us. Thank you!★

The tour guide and driver were both excellent.
My English isn't very good either.
The tour guide explained everything to me at half speed the whole way.
The scenery in Scotland was absolutely breathtaking.
It felt almost unreal. A must-see in my lifetime.★

We travel with Keitha'd his bus witch was very confortable. He was a fun and interested guide. He is a true passionate scottish guide. The day was wonderful with his knowledge of the history and the different locations that we have been to. The highland we really beautiful and that's true that you can have all the seasons in one day. Really if your hesitate between some tours take that one, it wonderful and you might have Keith 😉.★

The outing was great. We only saw Loch Lomond briefly due to construction, which was a bit of a shame. The castle tour was very interesting, and the kelpies were fun to see. Overall, it was a lovely day trip, and we had a great time. However, we were a little surprised by the price of the castle tour: the price displayed outside the shop was £18, but inside we paid more without any explanation. Perhaps this is because we don't speak English very well.★

This was such a good tour. We would definitely reccomend it. The minibus was comfortable, our driver Nick was so knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. We were really lucky with the weather, being February we didn't expect much, but we had a dry day, with some sunshine thrown in. The scenery was stunning.
There are frequent stops, some just photo opportunities, but plenty of comfort breaks too. Lunch in Oban was a longer break, plenty of time to eat and sightsee.
