The cooking class was a truly fantastic experience! Together we prepared three traditional dishes, all of which were delicious. We also got to sample other specialties. We especially appreciated the warm and welcoming nature of Lije and her husband. We felt completely at ease from the very beginning and can wholeheartedly recommend the cooking class. Since we were there in winter, we cooked in the private kitchen inside the house. In summer, the class takes place on the beautiful outdoor terrace with an open-air kitchen. We definitely want to come back again in the summer.

Sim was so straightforward, and easy to use. It worked, from the moment I stepped off the plane in Albania. I was able to use Apple Maps to walk from the Airport bus, to the hotel.

A lovely trip out on Skadar Lake, through the lilly pads and upto Kom Monastery. It was absolutely beautiful, lots of birds flying around and making our way past different islands within the lake. It was a shared tour but there was still plenty of room on the boat. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable too. The tour starts in Virpazar, which is easy to get to by bus or on the train from Bar, Sutomore or Podgorica (amongst others!).


