It rained all day, but the forest felt even more like a movie. The local guide was a professional who had worked on a film shoot. He was very talkative and explained each scene clearly and interestingly. He was very dedicated!

Marc was the most amazing host. He was an extra on LOTR and has many interesting stories to tell as well as a behind-the-scenes knowledge of the filming locations. Every location was stunningly beautiful and I had a blast. Highly recommend Marc and this tour.

Definitely a must when in Wellington! We had so much fun, great food/ wine and the activity program was very well organized. We saw the highlights of the region including the incredible NZ fur seals - all without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Our guide did an excellent job. Would recommend this tour to everyone. Ivona

The whole experience was outstanding! Lunch at Moy Hall was more than expected and so very yummy! The tour was a great mix of things. The honey experience was more than a shop and included being in the behind the scenes production . Overall a brilliant day and Phil was a great guide. Have done these sort of tours before and this was the best so far.Lunch
