Everything went great, except for the force majeure related to the lack of transfer on the day of the excursion without warning and the subsequent nervous negotiations about rescheduling the excursion for the next day (fortunately, there was a day to spare).★

If you only have a day to go to Machu Picchu this is a good option, just make sure you know all the logistics ahead of time cause you have a lot of transportation to take.★

The transportation and ticketing process for Machu Picchu is quite complicated. Since it was the Thanksgiving holiday, I decided to use Ctrip, and it was definitely the right choice. Communication was smooth throughout, and everything went well throughout the day. The Chinese customer service was always online, and the guide who gave us a private tour was very professional. The ticket included a panoramic view of Circuito 1, making it a very good experience.Trip.com picks
