We had a wonderful trip to São Jorge with our tour guide Sonja. Not only did she take us to stunning places, but her warm personality also provided plenty of laughs. It was especially great that we always had enough time for photos and could enjoy everything in a relaxed manner. A big thank you also for making the last-minute time change so easy – it made the day perfect. Highly recommended!

Excellent and customizable visit to experience many beautuful and interesting places on São Jorge. Jose is a very knowledgeable and kind guide. I appreciated his conversational way of explaining things and his helpful suggestions. The hike is extraordinary, especially the views down to the fajãs-- which are truly special places. Lunch at Taberna O Conves in Faja Caldeira was one of the best and most memorable of my trip so far!

Our guide was Gabriel. He was fantastic. He did a great job of explaining everything from Island history to the food and drink of the island. I really recommend him. I would hire him as a guide again.

We had such a great time on our tour! Phillip our guide was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the island and the vineyards. He added some fun facts about the plants in the area and how they also affect the vineyards. We had a small group of 6 and it was fun to meet new people. We really enjoyed meeting the creators of the islands best wines and liquors/brandy. You can really feel the passion they bring to the art of producing fine spirits! Our stop for lunch included more than expected and was delicious! This was one of the highlights of our trip to the Azores and Pico island. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants some great company, local knowledge and delicious drinks and food!

Silvia was fantastic; she explained a lot to us about the history of Pico and the formation of the volcanic caves. She took her time and answered all of our questions in detail. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would happily recommend it.
