I activated the SIM card in Russia, and upon arrival in Hanoi, I found a network. The only thing I forgot to do was enable data roaming (without it, the internet doesn't work). Customer support helped me with this (at Hanoi Airport, there was free Wi-Fi at the exit; in Nha Trang, everything worked fine on Viettel 5G).

Easy installation. Good coverage in cities. Keep in mind that IP address is determined as Hong Kong. So VPN is required to access services which are not allowed to operate in Hong Kong

Easy to install, just scan the QR code. The signal is fine; there are occasional slow moments, but overall it's good. Enough for updating social media all day, and also for using Google Maps in the city. Calls work via Line/WhatsApp. It's cheap, no need to remove the SIM card, economical and easy.
