The eSIM works everywhere in Vietnam, and I had no problems at all. I used 1GB per day, but it was clearly too much. 500MB is enough.

I had trouble connecting at first, but everything worked perfectly! I turned it on right at the airport and off we went. I've been to Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hanoi, and everything worked perfectly everywhere, with no outages. I only used up 5GB of data per day once, when I was listening to Yandex Music (not downloaded tracks, but Vodno). On the other days, messaging, surfing the web, and watching Instagram videos used no more than 2-3GB per day. I didn't use customer support, but I gave it 5 stars so as not to lower the rating because I was completely satisfied.

The connection is very good unless you download more than 1GB, then it just doesn't work at all, there's simply no connection. There's no way to see the remaining GB.

The SIM card was connected automatically upon arrival in Phu Quoc from March 3 to March 17. The connection was always and everywhere, the only drawback is the limit on data distribution, but otherwise everything is great.


