After my fixed-wing experience at Milford Sound in New Zealand, I was worried about getting my overseas credit card deposit refunded, as cross-border coordination is inherently difficult. I'm especially grateful to the Ctrip staff for their quick follow-up and proactive efforts in communicating repeatedly with the overseas merchant to push for the refund to be submitted. They patiently updated the progress throughout the process, demonstrating professionalism and responsibility, which greatly alleviated my concerns.
