Our guide, Tommy, was very friendly and kind. There were three of us traveling together, and he took wonderful photos of us at many great photo spots. During the river cruise and even in the car while we were traveling, he taught us so many things, and we had an amazing time from start to finish. We had so much fun! We would love to visit Kota Kinabalu again.

This is my second purchase. The signal is strong even in Shangri-La, and I've been able to use it without any problems. Ordered the trip via trip.com and the driver arrived at a different hotel. No one called, no one answered our calls. Fortunately, the trip.com assisted with solving the issue pretty well and we went on this trip on a different day. The guide, Ken, was a lot of fun. The trip itself was interesting despite the long distances. We bought yogurt and cheese on the farm, tasted good. The lunch was good.
