Overall, the experience itself was really pleasant. The staff members were exceptionally professional and super friendly, making the actual jumping service excellent However, the lack of communication was a major drawback. I completely understand that our initial booking had to be canceled due to weather conditions, but since we received no prior update, we needlessly incurred the expense of staying the night before in a hotel in Wollongong Similarly, on the day of the rescheduled booking, we had to wait for over two hours due to morning weather conditions, which was only communicated to us upon arrival. A simple, timely notification would have allowed us to manage our time far more efficiently Finally, we found the cost of the photos and videos to be excessively expensive. After the unexpected hassle and extra expenses caused by the cancellation and delays, we were hoping for a gesture, such as a discount on this add-on service, but none was offered
