This was my first time booking flights and hotels online. I was quite worried at first, afraid something might go wrong. However, Ctrip's service was really good. The hotel was exactly as described, very chic. The decor was also quite new. It was very close to Chunxi Road. There were also many good restaurants nearby, including those mentioned in travel guides. And during my stay, Show Lo even stayed at the same hotel one night, though unfortunately I didn't get up to see him! Also, I booked tickets for the Teddy Bear Museum on Ctrip but couldn't go because it's too far from downtown Chengdu. Many people I asked advised against going there, as the cost of hiring a car was much higher than the entrance fee. Everything else was great^^ In short, I'm very satisfied with this booking!!

This wasn't my first time using Ctrip's travel services, and overall the trip was good. I was quite satisfied with the lack of shopping stops. There was plenty of free time.
