Very well thought through course. All ingredients were prepared and timing was perfect. The intensity was minimal but very educational and enjoyable for everybody. You will learn how to cook 3 types of paella, sangria and tapas. Certainly done in a way that one wants to try it again independently. the venue location is very convenient- Central Russafa. Can use bus to get right to the door.
