This chartered car trip was a great experience. The vehicle was clean and tidy, and the driver arrived at the hotel on time for pick-up and drop-off. Driver/guide Zhang Wei provided easy-to-understand explanations, catering to both adults and children, and the itinerary wasn't too rushed. There were no hard sells throughout the trip, and all fees were clearly explained in advance. Communication was prompt when problems arose, making our family of four feel very safe traveling together. This is a reliable choice for tourists visiting Xi'an.

This was probably the best thing I did in Xi'an! Honestly, I was really nervous before the photo shoot and thought long and hard about whether to take it or not, since I'd never had my photo taken professionally before, but in the end, everything went just fine! The key to my success was Zora – a wonderful girl who spoke excellent English and helped facilitate all the communication between me, the girls at the salon, and the photographer. She's a very sunny and positive person who truly made my day. The photographer helped me with absolutely every pose: how to stand, where to look, how to hold my hands; I didn't have to think about anything at all. The photos turned out beautiful, and overall, the experience was interesting. So if you're in Xi'an and want to try on the image of a Chinese princess, give it a try! It's definitely worth it.
