My overall experience as a female solo traveller with this tour is positive! They do not offer the tour in English, only in Chinese but it works well for me! I chose the small-group tour (max 8 people) and everything went pretty smooth, they picked me up at the hotel, the group was nice, the driver was really attentive to everyone's needs and I'd recommend it especially if you have only one day, because it's a bit complicated to get there.★

Because I was busy playing for five days, I came back to Taiwan today to evaluate. The service is really good and friendly. The itinerary is detailed. They expertly navigated the area, ensuring smooth transportation and making the entire experience stress-free. The pickup locations were perfectly convenient, greatly easing any concerns about securing a car later in the day or potentially missing our train. This well-organized excursion provided significant peace of mind and is highly recommended.
