It was a pretty good day trip overall. The main reason I wanted to visit the Kobe outlet mall was to do some shopping. The staff coordinating the day trip were very efficient and clear in their communication during the initial contact phase.
I didn't have high expectations for Katsuo-ji Temple, but it was actually quite amazing and unique. The sunshine was also great that day, making for beautiful photos. The time allotted for Arima Onsen was a bit awkward; the time for soaking in the hot springs was too limited, so I skipped it. Buying some souvenirs at the nearby shops was still worthwhile. Kobe Harbor is quite spacious, but the sun was strong, and the harbor was very sunny. Overall, it was a good trip and I would recommend it.★

A fun and exciting experience! You'll need an international driver's license or a translation. Dressed in cute and fun anime character costumes, you'll form a "convoy" through the streets of Osaka, attracting a lot of attention. Many people will wave and take photos. The staff are warm and friendly, providing clear pre-trip driving instructions and precautions. The lead driver is excellent, enthusiastically helping with photos. You can even use an Osmo 360 to record this street kart 🏎️ and capture the scenery and create a lasting and beautiful experience! 👍🏻★

It was rare to find a tour departing from Kyoto that also included Uji and Nara, saving me the hassle of finding my own way around, and the price was very reasonable! They even run during the off-season, so there were fewer people, and some of the tour members spoke English. But our guide, Cali, took excellent care of everyone, explaining things to the Chinese-speaking members once and then to the English-speaking members, basically providing introductions throughout the entire trip. She answered random questions from passengers fluently in both Chinese and English (I initially thought she spoke ABCs, then JBCs, but it turned out she spoke all the languages she had learned…). When I had a minor health issue at one point, Cali responded promptly and helped me out – so heartwarming! The driver had a great smile and proactively helped me with my luggage.★

I took the cruise after making a reservation on the same day. The river cruises were fully booked, so I made a last-minute reservation, and I was even more grateful that I could pay immediately. It was a bit expensive, but I made an emergency reservation, exchanged my Tree Pouch at the Dotonbori River, and boarded right away.★

I took a vacation to Osaka and joined a Kobe day trip on Ctrip. We departed from Nipponbashi at noon, and our group of six, led by driver Cai, visited Kobe Port, the Ijinkan (Foreigners' House), Arima Onsen, and the night view of Rokko Mountain and Osaka Bay. Personally, I didn't think the Ijinkan was worth seeing, but the other attractions were quite nice and worth visiting. A special shout-out to our driver, Mr. Cai, for his kindness and politeness; I wish him all the best for his future and great success!★
