Overall, our family was quite satisfied with the trip. The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour leader, Yang Jing, and local guide, Pei Pei, provided excellent and professional service. Although there were some minor inconveniences due to other group members requesting additional shopping stops, the tour leader and guide handled the situation well, preventing any unfortunate outcomes. Regarding the itinerary, it was well-arranged, featuring several classic attractions that our two elderly relatives were able to keep up with. The extra-trip recommendations from the guide (especially the Eagle's Nest) were definitely worthwhile. However, personally, I felt that compared to Alstadt and Český Krumlov, the town of Budweiser lacked distinctiveness and was optional. As for accommodation, it was generally good, especially the two nights in Vienna. It was very close to Schönbrunn Palace, only a 7-8 minute walk away. In addition to the scheduled midday palace visit, we also went twice, once in the evening and once in the morning (we didn't go inside, but taking photos and strolling through the back gardens was still very enjoyable). However, personally, I felt the accommodations in the spa town were a bit lacking. The rooms were small, there was no air conditioning, and it was located outside town with little to do around. As for food, it was generally good. Most of the food was Chinese, the taste was okay, and the portions were generous. The specialty dishes, however, were just average, as I'm not used to Western food. The Viennese ribs were, however, truly excellent.
