Fantastic tour and bike ride. Davide was a great and very knowledgeable guide. Really fun to bike out to the parmigiano reggiano factory in the countryside near Parma. Even on the afternoon tour (where the factory is not operating) Davide was great at taking us through every part of the process. Bike back into Parma and delightful early evening snacks at a great deli. Very surprised how physical it is to make the cheese. Great to understand the aging process too. A true delight that my wife, my 9 year old son and I all greatly enjoyed - a real highlight. Other people in the group were great too.

Bernadette very kindly explained everything about the winery and winemaking process to us. Afterwards, we were able to taste some very delicious wines and specialties.

Probably the best spa I've been too!! From the different saunas and steam rooms to the quirky rainfall rooms. The outside pools are also lovely! Calm & Relaxing is the vibe here.
