Overall, it was good, and the service was okay. The water park facilities weren't always open. The hot springs in the wellness area were nice. The buffet was a bit simple; there was no beer or hot drinks, just carbonated soda. The hotel breakfast was average, not a five-star breakfast. There were many meetings in winter, so check-out took a little longer.Trip.com picks
