Condor Plaza is a cultural park located in Uluwatu, the highest point in southern Bali, near Jimbaran Beach. It is a prototype square left unfinished from the Suharto era. The reason it is named Condor Plaza is because the world's tallest bronze statue of a condor was originally erected here. Here, you can also enjoy the beautiful southern Bali scenery from a height. Origin of Condor Plaza In 2003, the Indonesian government began the construction of Condor Plaza. The plan was to build a statue of the Hindu god of destruction and his mount, the condor, on the mountain. The total height would exceed 100 meters. It is said that a monk once advised Suharto that after the completion of this bronze statue, it would bless the prosperity of the Indonesian nation as well as the happiness and safety of its people. However, Suharto stepped down before the square was completed, so this expensive project was halted. The upper body, arms, and head of the condor are scattered across various parts of the square. Although the Condor Plaza statue is an "unfinished project," it is still worth seeing. From Jimbaran to the south, along Jalan Uluwatu, you can come to the hill where Condor Plaza is located. After entering the gate and climbing the stairs, you will see a statue of a snake wearing a laurel crown with a slender, coiled body on one side. This hill is about 200 meters high. When you reach the hilltop, you can see the large bronze statue of the "god of destruction" Vishnu. Although only the head and chest are completed, the very lifelike facial expression still looks impressive. The arms of the "god of destruction" are placed beside a small path in the middle of the hill, so you can look for them. If you walk further in, you will see the giant statue of a condor's head facing the flat square in front. This square was excavated from the mountain with large excavators. The high and neat stone walls around the square were originally planned to be carved with Hindu inscriptions and mythological stories.Indonesia · Bali

Ubud Monkey Forest is a nature reserve filled with monkeys. The wild monkeys here are cared for and fed by humans. Because they are very agile and not afraid of strangers, visitors can feed the monkeys bananas and nuts at designated spots. The sight of food alone is enough to make them all come running. The scenery of this park is also delightful. Visitors can stroll through the park to enjoy the views and rest on the beautiful spiral stairs when they get tired.Indonesia · Bali

Such a tiring but memorable place. Depart from hotel at 12am, arrive there and had our “breakfast or supper” at 2am and start to hike. We spent around 2.5-3hours to reach the peak. Wait for sun rise and the blue lake was amazing. worth our energy to hit the peak. 😍

This was more fun than I expected. We visited in mid-July and the crowd was quite manageable. Most rides had short waiting time, while popular ones like Python took around 20 - 30 minutes. My favourite was the Boomerang. So much fun! Python was another highlight, while Climax was definitely the most extreme one for me 😂There are plenty of food stops and shaded areas, so the afternoon sun wasn’t too bad. Some rides allow phones or action cameras while others don’t. There are shoe racks but at your own risk. And temporary phone racks before the rides too, staff will give you a band to identify your belongings.Overall, a really fun day out!Note: Cashless system in the park. For the 3 of us, recommended to load Rp. 1mil in the wristband for locker, food and drinks. They recommend Rp. 500k but it’s not enough. You can also top up within the park, just ask the staff.

It's a signature show in Bali, but to be honest, it's not very entertaining. The performance is quite long, and the content is completely incomprehensible if you don't know the local history and culture. Overall, it's something you can watch or not watch, not as good as the Kacha Fire Dance.

На неспешный осмотр уделите хотя 1,5 часа. Не привлекайте обезьян ничем необычным. В любом случае в немноголюдных местах ожидайте, что на вас прыгнут обезьяны среднего возраста.

So much fun!!! After arriving at the base, signing in, putting on my helmet, and waiting about five minutes, we took off! The whole thing was recorded on video; you can also film it with your phone. Ten minutes was definitely enough; towards the end, I felt a bit glide sick and wanted to throw up.

This tour was interesting, and we got to see manta rays. The snorkeling was also very good!I received the photos on the same day, and they turned out to be quite good qualityWe were provided with water and a towel, and after snorkeling, we could take a shower and change clothesThe Nusa Penida tour was not bad overall, but due to the road conditions, the car ride was very bumpy and made me quite carsick

Overall, it was a great experience. Although the zoo isn't large, you can pay extra to ride a Jeep to feed the various herbivores; there are two large baskets of carrots, and we had a great time feeding them. Alternatively, if you want to feed the tigers and lions, you can buy a cage vehicle; each person can feed the tiger and lion meat once each. The lion restaurant is walk-in; you can order directly. The pasta is quite good. There are also many other food options within the park, and they all accept Alipay.
