Things to do in Ikeda

It was my second time at USJ, and first time for my husband. We really enjoyed whole day experiences. I was so glad that we made online reservations so that we could save lots of time 🤩🫶🏼

Довольно неплохая смотровая площадка с интересной архитектурой. Будьте готовы к очередям в предзакатное/ закатное время и к тому, что выход из здания занимает даже больше времени, чем вход в эти часы. В целом довольны посещением.

I really enjoyed my visit to Katsuji Temple. There was something very peaceful about being there, especially with the beautiful greenery and quiet surroundings. It felt like a nice break from the busy parts of Osaka.

Hidden within this room lies the charm of nature. Pushing open the door, verdant greenery greets you first. Leaning against the window, the murmuring of a spring fills the air, while mist and haze drift into the room along the window sill. Each season presents its own unique beauty here: spring brings forth new bamboo shoots, summer offers lush shade, autumn fills the courtyard with the fragrance of osmanthus, and winter sees snow tapping against the window. Every detail in the room reflects thoughtful consideration: the mattress's firmness perfectly supports a tired back, the toiletries have a pleasant, non-irritating scent, and a warm, yellow light awaits you at the door when you return late at night. This is not just a temporary resting place, but a sanctuary for the soul. After a few days, even the most tense nerves gradually relax, allowing you to rediscover your most relaxed state.

Huge aquarium with helpful staff and is easy to navigate. The ticket prices were fair, and the array of creatures featured here was diverse; the whale sharks stole the show. The aquarium does get quite crowded around weekends and the holidays, so definitely plan in advance. This place should take about 2-3 hours to walk through. Overall the scenery was beautiful and the area it’s in is excellent for food and walking around.

It’s showed the related historycal knowledge in a very intresting manner. It gives a lot of information and you don’t need to wait for the tickets office, where always has big line.

There aren't many tourists, so it's recommended to reach the top an hour before sunset so you can get a good shot of the sunset. The rooftop has full glass windows so you can see Osaka Castle from afar. You can also buy a drink and find a seat indoors to slowly experience the sky garden.

Umeda Sky Building is definitely worth visiting in Osaka. The architecture is impressive, and the views from the Floating Garden Observatory are beautiful, especially around sunset when you can see the city lights coming on. It’s a great place for photos and a nice way to see Osaka from above. Highly recommended!

Visited it during rainy day, feel refreshed after tryig their bath, beware of kids behave inappropriately as they treythe hot spring as pool and never tied up their hair

It's great. This hot spring combines gold, silver, and carbonated baths; you can choose whichever you want. They give you a bag with a towel and bath towel when you enter, which you can return after use. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it because it offers more options than just soaking in the gold or silver baths individually. If you want to soak in either of those separately, you can choose separately.
