The small town of Jixi has become a popular check-in place for people in the construction industry because of this museum designed by a national-level architect. It is so famous that even amateur enthusiasts like me come here.
The architect of the Jixi Museum has previously worked on a series of heavyweight national projects: such as the Bird's Nest, the Snow Dragon and Snow Swallow of the Winter Olympics...
But no matter how wonderful the past resume is, the final score depends on the building in front of you. After viewing this museum inside and out, I have to say: This work is wonderful! The traditional Huizhou landscape courtyard is interpreted with completely contemporary mosaics or pixel techniques. It is clear and handsome. It is both traditional and not limited to tradition. The Chinese classics are highly purified. It is still contemporary in nature, but the literati and elegance are very oriental. This designer is still very good. I am convinced.
But after the visit, I have to say that this is a design that is "golden outside and rotten inside". The interior space is totally inconsistent with the brilliance of the exterior. I guess this is not entirely the problem of the designer, but more likely the problem of the museum. The curatorship, exhibition, moving lines, and lighting are all crude and shabby. Anyway, I am the owner, and I can do whatever I want. It can be clearly seen from the picture that the museum's exhibition does not care about the architectural space at all, but actually builds a small house inside to do the exhibition. The whole museum is full of such small boxes and small exhibition walls. No matter how many awards your building has won or how contemporary the design ideas are, I will create a supply and marketing cooperative style anyway.
In addition, Jixi Museum, you didn't open a special museum for Mr. Hu Shi! ! ! ? ? ? Are you people engaged in cultural and historical research? Don't you feel ashamed? The lighting in some museums is too dim.
