Port de Menton Garavan

Port de Menton Garavan

4.9
The Port of Menton is located on the seafront of the city center of Menton, a small town on the French Riviera. It is the intersection of the old town and the coastline. The port is small in size, but it has its own unique style: various small boats and colorful fishing boats are moored, and the shore is paved with stone slabs, dotted with pavilions and rest benches. You can not only enjoy the blue sea up close but also feel the warm breeze of the Mediterranean. The port is surrounded by shops, and various cafes, seafood restaurants and ice cream shops are distributed along the seawall. In the morning, you can stroll here to watch the fishing boats return to the port; in the evening, you can taste the local specialty lemon wine and fresh seafood with the afterglow, and experience the unique slow pace of life in Menton. The south side of the port is close to Sablettes Beach, which is quiet in winter and full of vitality in summer; the north side leads to the narrow alleys and colorful markets in the old town, which is suitable for strolling and tasting local specialties such as olive oil and lemon products. Because it is close to the Italian border, you can see the Italian Mediterranean coastline from a distance when the weather is clear. Although the port of Menton is small, it is a window connecting French and Italian culture. It is also an ideal place to experience the Mediterranean style and relax.Menton · 21 km from San Remo

Piazza del Duomo is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, which was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1982. The square has been the city's religious center since the Middle Ages. In the late 13th century, surrounding residential buildings were demolished to build the new cathedral and bell tower, and it was gradually expanded over the following centuries to its current size. The square brings together three iconic buildings: theCathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's Bell Tower, and The Baptistery of San Giovanni. Together, they form the "Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore complex," showcasing the evolution of architectural art in Florence from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. The dome designed by Brunelleschi stands over 90 m high and is a striking visual focal point on the square's skyline. Historic buildings such as the Archbishop's Palace, the Cathedral Museum, and the Bigallo Museum are also located around the square. Standing in the center of the square and looking around, the facades of buildings from different eras and styles complement each other, making it a key location for experiencing the urban landscape of Florence.Italy · Florence

The queue was quite long, and you need to make sure you're in the correct line before you start queuing… Queues at tourist attractions in Europe often consist of several separate lines with unclear signage. I didn't choose to climb the bell tower or the dome, but the museum included in the ticket is worth a good look; personally, I felt the environment was quite nice.

such a lovely place, the duomo or cathedral is very big that I cannot take a picture of the whole cathedral. Even if I have seen it several times I always love to visit and see it again and again.

The villa is surrounded by nine gardens, including French gardens, Spanish gardens, and Japanese dry landscape gardens… Walking through the gardens, you see the pink villa above, flowers below, and the boundless sea in the distance. This location is truly a viewpoint favored by God.
