Gentle sunshine at Nang Thong Beach, Khao Lak..it is beautiful, calm sea with a black background of a white lighthouse..built to warn of maritime disasters after a major tsunami hit several southern provinces..whoever misses the smell of the sea, calm waves or sitting and watching the sunset here every day must come..during this period there is a cold wind coming as well, don't forget to bring a long-sleeved shirt to sit and watch the sea, chill chill.

The most beautiful view of Sai Rung Waterfall is when sunlight shines down on the waterfall and drops from the steep cliff. When the angle between the light and the water mist is just right, you will see a dazzling rainbow. It is a natural phenomenon that is worth seeing. The time when this rainbow can be seen is usually between 11.00-16.00. Here, it originates from the source of the mountain at Khao Chedi, which becomes the bamboo canal flowing down to the southwest. Inside the area is the Ramkhamhaeng National Park (Khao Luang) ranger station. The waterfall has 4 levels in total. You can swim by walking from the park ranger station up the stream for 800 meters, 900 meters, 1,160 meters, and 1,200 meters, respectively. Location: On the west side of Khao Luang, 50 meters from Ramkhamhaeng National Park (Khao Luang).

Exactly as booked. We booked to feed the elephants and that's what we did, I was just a bit underwhelmed, not sure what I was expecting but maybe to last a little longer. We were offered a complimentary refreshment once finished. Amazing animals, which are clearly loved by the keepers at the sanctuary, my children had a lovely time, so I would certainly recommend this as a family activity whilst on Samui.

Bang Sak Beach is another beautiful beach that I recommend you to visit. Especially when the sun is very strong. The sea water is bright blue, not losing to any other beach. It is also a relatively peaceful beach and shady with rows of pine trees as far as the eye can see.
