It starts from Bingzhongluo Township in Gongshan County, Yunnan Province, passes through Chawalong Township in Chayu County, Tibet, and finally reaches Chayu County, with a total length of approximately 270 kilometers. The Cloud Sky Road leading to Jiaying Village, known as the "Back Garden of Meili", is a top-level off-road route; it features cloud sea fairyland, dense fog for getting lost, rainstorms washing the road, mountain rainbows, washboards, shell craters, and sharp knife rocks. It quickly increases the altitude to 2,700 meters, and walks on cliff roads and ridges. It takes 7 hours to go back and forth for 100 kilometers. It is thrilling and can be called the warrior's road, the ultimate self-driving experience.

At the intersection of Shangyao Mountain and Gaotang Lake in Huainan, Anhui, lies the birthplace of the ancient Shouzhou Kiln, which is Shangyao Town, named after the "ancient porcelain". Standing on Shangyao Mountain, you can still see the white sails of wooden boats that transported Shouzhou Kiln porcelain thousands of years ago; standing by Gaotang Lake, the ancient battlefield with loud drums and horns and rain of arrows is still in front of you; next to the ancient Shouzhou Kiln site, a large number of unearthed cultural relics tell the rise and fall of Shangyao Town.

Its reputation is well-deserved; this pristine land on the blue planet is truly breathtaking. The three sacred mountains—Xiannairi, Yangmaiyong, and Xiannaduoji—stand majestically, while the Luorong Pasture stretches out expans and open. Milk Lake and Five-Color Lake are as clear as jewels. The hike was tiring, but the moment I saw the lakes and snow-capped mountains, all the fatigue was worthwhile. The scenic area's shuttle buses are well-organized, and the scenery unfolds layer by layer along the way—a place worth visiting at least once in a lifetime.

The scenery of Shudu Lake in autumn is truly stunning. The lake reflects the azure sky, and it is surrounded by colorful forests and golden meadows interwoven with yellow, green and red hues. This is the pure land of Shangri-La.

We love the structure of the majestic building giving a Tibetan vibes. The area is well maintained and has many beautiful photographs spots . The best time is in the morning or evening but it closes at 5 however if u are already in , u can still stay on a while. Near by there’s shop for costume rental. The best place to take full view of the building is at the lake at the ground . There is a bus 3 yuan that take you to top of the monastery then you can walk your way down. It is a must go. The elevation is 3160m above sea level so walk slowly . Those who can’t go to highland and buy from pharmacy a bottle of oxygen

The biggest advantage is its proximity to the main gate of Songzanlin Monastery, making it convenient for taking photos by the lake. The rooms are comfortable, the owner is welcoming, and overall it's a very good place, although it can be a bit cold in winter.
