We had a pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Zurich Centre. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet was superb, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Zurich!

No Hot water on Friday night. Hot water only returned Saturday morning. Self checkin and checkout system lengthy and not intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to turn on the heat. Everything else is fine!

The hotel is a bit further from the Zurich hbf but it is a walkable distance, or alternatively you could take bus from the hbf. It is convenient as there is a COOP store downstairs which you could grab essentials there. There is one thing which we would like to point out is that there was no hairdryer in the room which we had requested during our stay and the management told us that there was high demand and couldnt provide one for us and said that they have placed orders for the hairdryers. Overall, we had a good two nights stay in Zurich!

However, the hair shampoos in the room had expired, I told them this, but the woman working there told me that the products were unopened, but their expiration dates had passed. Apart from that, Jose, who works at the reception, is very warm and friendly, I thank him very much.

Go to this hotel apartment in Zurich, Switzerland: the room is very clean; the facilities are also complete; there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby; the transportation is very convenient, making it an ideal place to live on vacation. Disadvantages: Some parts of the bed board are broken (turned against the bed); the power socket is Swiss only. It is recommended to prepare a European universal conversion socket.

I was plagued with trepidation before staying at the Swiss Star California. I had read some negative comments on Google Maps and trip.com, and the dread of what might go wrong loomed heavy over me. However, as fate would have it, my fears were unwarranted - the hotel, or rather, the service apartment, turned out to be a pleasant surprise and surpassed my expectations. The room was clean, well-equipped, and not too shabby. The heater functioned perfectly, which was a relief since it was a frosty February in Zurich. They had everything one would expect from a basic hotel room. But here's a word of caution: after booking your stay, make sure to check your email. You will receive a message from the hotel, not just a confirmation, containing the passcode and room number. Without this information, you might find yourself stranded outside the door, with no one to receive your calls or help with check-in. Trust me; I know how it feels to be left out in the cold, frantically seeking assistance from Trip.com. Furthermore, if you have a lot of luggage, you may want to pray for a room on the ground or first floor. Unfortunately, there is no lift in the building. However, let's not forget that this is one of the most affordable places to stay in Zurich. With that in mind, who could realistically expect luxury amenities and top-notch service? All in all, Swiss Star California proved to be a pleasant surprise and an excellent value for the price.

The location was easy to find and access. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite small for two adults carrying two large suitcases, and it was quite hard to fully open both in the room simultaneously. Overall, it was still great.

The hotel is very well located. However, the room is not completely clean! There are dirty stuffs on the floor, unfortunately. The price is good considering zurich is an expensive city. Reception people are very helpful. Overview, recommend to check it out when you visit Zurich.

Conveniently located with bus stops within walking distance. Buses to the airport are plenty and frequent. Very near Migros, Coop, Denner. The studio that we stayed in was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Check in was easy but make sure you fill out the email that was sent to you to get the code for self check in. The check in machine is just outside the apartment block. Key in the code to get room code and room number. Stayed 2x at this apartment.

We booked this room because it was low price for a night near the railway station in Zurich. It served its purpose, but lefta lot to be desired. The room itself was so small, it was impossible to outlay contemporary suitcases packed on both sides of the case. No glass for water for or a drink of any kind. The room was in bad repair. A large mirror was falling from its frame behind the door and the bathroom door (made from a chipboard) had been wet and was swelled, warped and smelly. Lobby alcove dingy and felt insecure The bed was good, towels and linen fine. It served its purpose, but I couldn't recommend The self service worked, but not a fan of no one on site. Won't rebook this again.

Trip Inn Zurich Hotel is a cheap budget hotel which met our expectation for a simple accommodation. Also, the supermarket is just around the corner. However, we can’t seem to have an option not to have the staff from coming in to clean our room whenever we are out for an activity. We prefer to have more privacy as we do keep some of our less important belongings in the room. Overall, it is a good experience.

I stayed at this hotel due to its convenient location near the airport, but my experience was mixed. The bathroom in my room was quite small, making it feel cramped. The staffs were also not particularly friendly. While it’s a good option for quick airport access, improvements in service would make it much better.

Our family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉 Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!

Excellent experience. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Kloten station, which is 20 min by S7 to the city center and 5 min by bus to Kloten airport. Rooms are quiet despite the airport nearby.

The location is not too far from the airport. There is also a train station nearby that can be reached in about five minutes. The room is basically clean and there are not many problems. But remember, if you check in after ''20:00'' at night, remember to inform the hotel first. They will confirm the information with you in advance and then give you the password. If you use trip, you can ask the service staff to help you contact them. They are very friendly👍👍👍

For go to the Airport is very good option, with the bus 765 take you at fast the door. The room is super, clean was very nice, but the kitchen must more devices. At the first floor can you bring coffee for free, I loved it.! The staff was very nice and friendly with us. We highly recommend it. Thank you.

The hotel location is ok and facility is clean. however the shuttle service is a huge disappointment. I prepaid the shuttle for next day to go to airport (they charge for it) but the shuutle end up not coming. By asking front desk, it's told the shuttle service is from external company and they can do nothing about it. I end up paying taxi to go to airport to not miss my flight, and worst is, the hotel refuse to refund me the prepaid shuttle service (again same reason saying they are managed by external shuttle service provider). This is totally unaceptable!
