The hotel offers quick baggage storage and has a dedicated waiting area on the ground floor, which is very convenient for families traveling with children and the elderly. The room was clean and tidy, comparable to the service standards of a four-star hotel, and came with dental kits, which was handy. Overall, the service was flawless. From the room, you can see the Grand Lisboa, making the night view a landmark. The food was also quite authentic to local tastes; my child ate several char siu buns, so they must have been delicious.
The location is incredibly convenient. It's a straightforward 15-minute walk from the Border Gate straight to the hotel.
It's been so long since I stayed in a Macau hotel, and they still require a deposit? And it's 2025, yet the hotel doesn't accept electronic payments? My world just fell apart! I didn't bring my credit card, sobbing... In the end, I had no choice but to pay cash. Seriously, you really need to read the fine print when booking a room.
This stay included breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 AM. There's one area for the buffet and another for à la carte dim sum (self-funded). The food selection is decent, and it looks presentable, but the taste is on the blander side, haha. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.
The room was quite spacious. The front desk staff were decent. The hotel requires a deposit. It's located to the left of the Galaxy Diamond Lobby. If you take the Galaxy shuttle and get off at the Diamond Lobby, it's to your right when you face the lobby, or to your left if your back is to the lobby. If you're unsure, just ask any Galaxy staff member. It's just across the sky bridge, which has an elevator.
This hotel was full of pleasant surprises! It's super convenient to get to, really clean, and quite spacious. I loved the city views, especially the New Grand Lisboa at night. But the biggest and happiest surprise was the breakfast place downstairs. It was so delicious, incredibly convenient, and budget-friendly – full of locals! I had the best buttered toast and coffee of my life there. That one breakfast reminded me of so many other amazing hotel breakfasts I've had. Pure bliss!
Hotel amenities: Well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed.
Hotel hygiene: Clean.
Hotel services: Excellent.
Hotel environment: The room isn't large, but it has everything you need.
Location: Situated on the Peninsula, convenient for public transport, and within walking distance to many places.
I forgot my dad had quit smoking, and at the time I requested one smoking room and one non-smoking room. Considering second-hand smoke isn't good, they happened to have a larger room available and upgraded us. The front desk also prioritized getting the room ready for my elder family member so we could drop off our luggage. The other room was ready exactly at 3 PM as promised. The front desk service was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, had a king-size bed, a window, and was quiet. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to visit Grand Lisboa, Senado Square, A-Ma Temple, and the Hac Sa Market. I hope to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Macau!
The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute bus ride from Macau Airport, and the bus stop is right there. The building is also easy to spot. The front desk is small, but the room itself isn't tiny and is quite clean. There are plenty of power outlets, so I didn't even need my converter. The two beds are very large, and the pillows were more comfortable than any I've had in hotels back home in China. There aren't many food options or convenience stores right downstairs, but just around the corner are Rua da Cunha and Taipa Houses-Museum. Along the way, you'll find popular tea restaurants and supermarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to Taipa Houses-Museum and about 10 minutes to Rua da Cunha. From there, it's another 10-15 minute walk to large hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner, which is incredibly convenient and saves a lot on taxi fares. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the front desk service. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. I arrived at 1 PM, left my luggage at the front desk, and went out for lunch. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. The front desk initially said they would arrange a mountain view room for me when I came back at 3 PM, which I thought was a nice touch. However, when I returned at 3 PM, I was told the mountain view room still needed cleaning and would take another 40 minutes to an hour. Ugh. So, I ended up in a city view room right next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator dinging all night.
Location: Great, very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and getting around is super convenient. There are buses to everywhere.
Service: Excellent, we had a very pleasant check-in. The triple room was perfect for a family of three, no one felt cramped.
Facilities: For a hotel on the peninsula, it's quite new. The rooftop is a great spot to catch the sunset, and they even give you a free instant photo, which is a nice touch.
The service was good, and the location is quite central, close to Senado Square. However, the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't great. Overall, I'd say it was an okay experience. I remember when I booked, I thought breakfast was included because I used points, but I didn't check carefully and later realized it wasn't. So, I can't comment on the dining experience.
I arrived early and the hotel kindly stored my luggage for free, which was great as I didn't have to drag all my bags around while sightseeing. The front desk staff even recommended several famous attractions nearby. After lunch, I came back to check in. The service was absolutely fantastic, they basically catered to every request, making the whole stay incredibly comfortable and earning a perfect score!
The deluxe twin room we stayed in was clean, spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The next day, we explored the surrounding area and found plenty of great spots for shopping and dining, perfect for taking photos too. Most importantly, the room rate was very affordable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, another perfect score!

Very Good
VvÖyjx TravelWe really enjoyed our stay at House of Art and would definitely stay here again.
The location is extremely convenient—the bus stop is literally right outside the hotel door, making it very easy to get around Macau. The surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, so food and essentials are always within walking distance.
The hotel itself feels classy yet very modern. Rooms are hi-tech and thoughtfully designed, with universal power outlets, mood lighting, smart switches, and a beautiful, well-equipped bathroom with toiletries provided. The bed and bedding were especially comfortable, and the pillows were great, which really helped after long days out.
A few things to manage expectations: night reception staff had limited English, the Smart TV is very limited (no Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, or YouTube—mostly Chinese channels, and casting only works on Android), and the internet was quite slow.
Overall, still a solid and stylish 3-star hotel with excellent location and comfort. Best for travelers who prioritize convenience, design, and easy transport access over streaming and fast Wi-Fi.

LLeshanjujunIt's a bit old, but offers great value for money. The location is good. I just wish it were cleaner. I can accept older facilities, but hygiene is a must. I felt the area under the pillow wasn't very clean, possibly due to dampness. The bed should really be disinfected, otherwise, you risk getting bitten by mites. I almost deducted another star, but then I thought better of it.

VVHIC DGI super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and casino! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible.
My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.
HheiheiheiheiyThe location is excellent, quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Yesterday, I was rushing to catch a flight and was a bit pressed for time. I asked the front desk staff for help with a taxi, and thanks to his assistance, we made it to the airport successfully. Thank you! Every staff member had a great attitude. The breakfast was also very good, especially the pork chop bun, which was delicious.

Ssilverwings001Finding a hotel for around 500 MOP in Macau, a place where every inch is precious, is quite a feat, though the price jumps to over 800 MOP on weekends. The hotel's location is excellent; right outside and across a footbridge, you're at the entrance of Galaxy's Diamond Lobby, where you can catch a shuttle. If you prefer not to take the shuttle, there's a bus stop just a short walk to the left from the hotel entrance, making public transport very convenient. The room window offers a direct river view, which is pretty much a stunning sea view room. The hotel booking also included complimentary tickets for the Studio City Golden Reel Ferris wheel, which was a great deal. Broadway Macau is a short walk to the right of the hotel; taking the small alleyway makes it even quicker. Broadway has a snack street with plenty of food options. Plus, ordering takeout to the room is super easy, though it only gets delivered to the takeout pickup area on the ground floor, so you need to collect it yourself. The hotel feels quite new; the lobby on the first floor has an English style, and the rooms are compact but very clean.
