We visited Czech Republic for a road trip and came by this accommodation. The stay was pleasant. The place is clean. Location is accessible by car. There are car park slot available. The only issue we had was the check-in process. We made a booking for Sunday. We have stated our check-in time, but no one was at office. There was a number to call but unfortunately we didn't have a local phone number to call. We contacted *********** to contact the host and was told the pin to open the keybox to obtain the key for the accommodation. I feel the check-in process can be clearer and the keybox pin can be given to us earlier.

When stepping up the spiral stairs, we immediately loved the apartment. It’s well designed and decorated. Every spot looks so thoughtful. The room is beautiful. Spacial, super clean, nice furniture, kitchen facilities… Looking out from the window, fantastic view! Sorry I should mention at the beginning, the staff who served our check in, was so nice, helpful. She offered us a paper map, briefed the key tourist information of the day. We wish we could have planned for a longer stay here.

The hotel’s facilities are simple and clean, you just need to bring your own toiletries. The hotel is located by the river and the owner is very nice. He introduced us to the best local restaurants with low prices. The breakfast next door to the hotel is very delicious. The store is small but very good. Comfortable, fresh food, especially the homemade strawberry jam is very delicious, the hotel will give a discount card of 100 crowns (for breakfast).

The location of the hotel is in places of interest in Cesky Krumlov, which is a very good location. The road and stairs leading to the hotel are not easy for the luggage, it's tiring. The hotel has a slight smell but is still bearable.

Although we arrive after 6pm, we can collect our keys in the mailbox and self check-in. It is very convenient for us. The place is very clean and comfortable for no matter friends or couple to stay. The staffs are very nice and willing to help if needed. Highly recommend it!

CK town has a traditional taste, so the hotel design will be more traditional. Personally, I prefer the modern style but it is also interesting to live in the traditional taste. The location of the hotel is convenient, breakfast is generally not too much choice, no elevator is just the upper floor.

The manager was absent on the day of check-in due to the off-season in March, but there were letters and so on, so it was kind. The entrance was nice with a beautiful wall where you can feel the history. The room and water area have been renovated and have a feeling of cleanliness. It faces the main street of Cesky Krumlov and is highly recommended to take a walk at night or in the morning.

The environment is OK, it is a homestay. Very European. When we arrived, the store was not there, and the key we took was 🔑. Check out at 10 o'clock the next day. The room is large.

The hotel is so good! It was a perfect accommodation for me who liked wood accommodation with unusual atmosphere than modern hotels Pros - The lobby and room are really pretty (we booked for 3 people - we were guided to two rooms on the third floor, which was like a attic in the fairy tale ... Thank you for a good room 🙇🏻‍♀️) - The reception man was really friendly as rumored (the location of the hostel, the description of how to use the parking card, the recommendation of the restaurant, and the transfer of the luggage were really kind) - Old building but clean and well maintained! Bedding, towels, toilet hygiene is ok - Location best! (oω-)b Cons: - The view from the room is just normal - Shower narrow, shower water comes out randomly... ㅠ + There is no bottled water in the room, so if you need it, buy it yourself!
