The hotel is sited at a very convenient location with just 3-min walk to Oxford Road station, the room is fine but the using of access cards is a little bit tricky and malfunction few times and we needed to request the reception to change a new one
Regardless of the flaw, everything’s fine and the breakfast is good, so it’s still worth to consider here for your stay considering their convenience in location and traffic
This reservation was due to a change in the itinerary, so I needed to add a few extra days. When I asked the staff at the reception desk, they also helped me directly check out the room usage time. No need to check out and check in.
The geographical location is actually very convenient. If you have a car, you can park here without any worries. It is worth staying.
Arrived really late but quick checkin , room clean and bed really comfy , taxi from airport was under 10 mins and cost roughly £15 ( tip included 😊) good nights sleep followed by breakfast which is included in the price , everything from fruit , cereals , yogurt , toast or to set you up for your travels you can have a cooked breakfast, really enjoyed and the staff were lovely, hotel called a taxi for us which arrived really quick and we were on our way back to the station stress free , highly

Probably one of the best holiday in express we have stayed, facilities were new and modern, bed and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast was very generous.. great place to stay if you have an early flight to catch.
This is a small hotel near the Debdale Park. The provided facilities are minimal and not matched with the money paid. The guest chairs near the front desk are also stained. However, the staff served at the front desk and during breakfast is friendly.
I was feeling uncomfortable with the front desk service on my check out day. I just asked the front desk staff for a late check out request at 12:00 pm. The front desk staff asked my room no without a smiling face. After I told her the room no, she said a £20 will be charged for late check out.
My request is for extension of one hour only. You can say something like… oh I am afraid we wont be unable to fulfil your request as our room has been fully booked today…. But if you really want to extend your stay for a few hours, you could pay a late check out fee if you’re willing to do so….
All staff wonderful only problem we had was breakfast on the Sunday ran out of things by 10 o'clock and was on until 11 o'clock, all other things excellent

TtanwiggyThere was a microwave in the room which is very beneficial and very nice. Location is too far but there's a Co-op nearby to get food. The room is a bit manky on the walls and ceiling and there were some tiny insects of some sort in the room. But it's a 6/10 in terms of booking here because of the location and cleanliness.
GGuest UserOnly stayed here for a short trip with access to Piccadilly gardens. Great location to get around Manchester.
Basic hotel room, had kettle and hairdryer in room. No iron in room, but you could use the iron on the 6th floor
Didn’t use the onsite restaurant & bar etc due to other commitments
GGuest UserMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom
As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner,
So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘
GgarethWhat an amazing building! So much character and history. Don't expect a brand new room, but it was perfectly acceptable. You can tell it's been a while since they were last refurbished, but for the cost of the room it was amazing. Despite my 3 star for cleanliness, the room was clean, sheets were fresh. I gave three because there was a bottle cap and random pill just under the bed.

GGuest UserWas my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!!
The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

Ttic.antonovDespite the word Airport being in the name, the actual airport is nowhere to be found—perhaps it took a holiday. My room came with a massive 55-inch Akai(!) telly, which was almost big enough to distract me from the equally massive gaps in the windows masquerading as ventilation.
I enjoyed my stay, truly. But would I book again? Hmm, let's just say I'd sooner take my chances with a budget airline's baggage policy.
GGuest UserThe hotel did the job, but it appeared very run down, and the rooms had little in them. The service was friendly, and it did have good amenities around.
BBig big worldThe hotel room is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. In terms of location, it’s few minutes walk from the bus and tram station, as well as next to a supermarket.
The down side is although there is lift, you have to walk half floor of stairs to reach the reception or the room which is a bit weird and inconvenient with luggage.
