From the photos I saw on the Internet, the hotel door seems to be on the side of the road, which looks more convenient, but the result is completely different in the field. It is very inconvenient to walk down 20 or 30 steps. The hotel service is OK, the room is relatively small, and the breakfast is rich.

It is a large hotel not far from the old town. Parking is free at the hotel. If you are with a family of four, you are better off ordering an Uber or similar taxi for €8 than waiting for the bus in the heat. A bus ride to the city costs €2 p.p. Parking in the city is screaming expensive. The hotel breakfast continues to brunch until 13:00. That is nice for those who sleep in. The food is generally okay. Don't expect culinary surprises, just good enough to eat in the hotel. The pool is large, but for the beach you have to walk out of the hotel grounds.
Ravintola ja aula eivät häikäisseet. Tulimme myöhään ja lupasivat tarvittaessa odottaa. Ehdimme kuitenkin juuri klo 23 perille.
Hotel in a very quiet area, breakfast very good and varied. The only thing I would improve is the coffee, which unfortunately wasn't very good. The price of accommodation is very good. I recommend
Nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit et nous avons quand-même été accueilli avec le sourire.
Très propre bien situé superbe vue au calme.
Un grand merci à notre hôte
Excellent breakfast for a three star hotel. Good water pressure, fairly quiet air conditioning. There is a small restaurant and cafe.
The beach area is all concrete, but nearby you can go to a rocky beach. There is a shower and a clay tennis court.
Quite a lot of people after lunch (access to the territory is free for everyone)
Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid 2 sunbeds and parasol -30€.

Everything was great - fabulous location and breakfast, the staff was super pleasant and we had great views - the only thing I would change is the bed was a little hard - I know some people like that but was too hard for me!
Also - I’ve seen this comment before but you have to be able to walk up several flights of stairs with your luggage and you cannot Uber or taxi directly to the hotel - it’s about a 5 minute walk + the stairs from the nearest drop off. Absolutely worth it for the view and location but just a heads up if that’s a no for you or if you need wheelchair access!
In the photos are a view from the hotel balcony for breakfast and the hotel from the other side of the beach! Gorgeous!

GGuest UserLocation is great, a short 10-15 minute walk from the pretty fishing village. The hotel lacked a central point outside. The pool was very small. Sunbeds squeezed into every inch of this place. Most of these do not have an outlook or clear view of either the stunning sea view or dodgy looking pool. Tourists getting up early to put towels on beds. Catering staff were friendly, kind but looked exhausted. Reception staff were welcoming but lengthy queues quickly form around check in and check out times. The overall hotel looked run down compared to its more recently built sister next door.
In terms of food, if you prefer quantity over quality this is the hotel for you. For example, the cod pieces were so dried up you had to cut it with pressure. The meat was pretty fatty. Desserts appeared to be a big hit with the kids. The location of the outside restaurant was a winner to watch the sunsets.
This is a family hotel first and foremost.
SSara ElizabethPros: great location in old city; convenient kitchenette with hot plate, sink & mini fridge enough to put together simple breakfast, comfortable room (mattress/AC) & clean
Cons: No clear front desk or contact info posted—these are basically rooms above a restaurant and the workers seem busy with that. There was someone to give me the key, but it wasn’t clearly communicated how to checkout (leave keys in door? Turn in?) or how to get in touch with staff. I’m a pretty low-maintenance traveler, so this wasn’t a big problem, except that WiFi network and password posted didn’t work, and I didn’t know how to ask about it. (Wasted a lot of my SIM data, as a result 🙁) I think they should at least have a basic info/policy sheet with a WhatsApp contact or similar posted in the room.

GGuest UserGood location, difficult to get into if you don't have a phone. They need to make a pdf file with clear instructions on how to get in. The mattress is not great. There is no heating in the bathroom so it is very cold in winter. Also no heating in the room except an air conditioner which is too noisy to use at night. The divet is also not suitable in winter, and no sheets were provided for the sleep sofa. nowhere to hang clothes or towels in bathroom.
땡땡돌이2Hotel Ivka is close to the city walls and 2.3 km to the city walls tour and the old town, though its 20 km from Dubrovnik airport towards the city. The first impression of the hotel is that it is clean and tidy. The room is spacious and bright for a hotel.
Best of all, the breakfast is awesome. It's the best among the 18 days after entering Europe.. The food cooked with vegetables is really delicious.
everything is satisfactory Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.
PPreaw FelionajjLocation is good that is in old town and near everything. Room is comfortable.
However, for check-in process, they just left room key on the table and we need to pay CASH for the room. No any note how to pay then we need to contact them via WhatsApp and appoint them for pay cash at hotel. They just tell the time that they available and it’s so annoying because we go out for travel but we need to back to hotel for payment 🙄🙄🙄
WWhitehairThis place is a little out of the way but you can get the number 7 bus pretty close to it, then walk up the hill a bit. It has a great view from the terrace, if it's not too hot to be out there. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size, shower is in a bath.
The wifi was fast and the air-conditioning was a must for the hot weather.
This was a nice stay, no complaints.
