Used for business trip. Close to downtown, convenient for shopping. I work in the construction industry, so Naha Kozai (hardware store) opens at 7:30, Makeman (home center), Max Value and a drugstore are within 500 meters, so I thought it was a convenient location. The price is a little high for business, but I stayed here hoping for breakfast. The food was satisfying with a lot of vegetables and smoothies, but there was no variety, so if you stay multiple nights, it feels like you're getting the same menu almost every time. I wish they'd put a little more effort into it. The room was clean, but the floor seemed a little damaged. It was spacious enough that one person wouldn't feel stressed. Regarding cleaning, it was unfortunate that popcorn fell under the bed on the first day, but it's one of the hotels I'd like to use again.
Towels change daily, stay 5 nights get 1 day clean room change bed sheets duvet. Living in an apartment building with cooking utensils, chopsticks, dishes for cooking.
If you don't buy breakfast, you can get a smoothie roll and get a cup of it every day. There is a happy hour all-you-can-drink at 5pm every day. The hotel breakfast is good value for money 👍🏻
The room is small but hygienic and clean.
The airport bus No. 4 can be reached directly. Get off at the station in front of the museum and walk towards the back of the bus. Look across the road to see the hotel building.
If you don't drive to Ishigaki, you can also take a bus to the attraction. There are 1 day 1000 yen or 5 days 2000 yen bus roll. Bus No. 4 departs from the airport at 00 and 30 minutes.
Hope it helps everyone 😊

The location is very convenient, just about 15 mins from the airport by monorail. The hotel is located right on the most famous street fuul os shops and restaurants. Though please pay attention that most of the places to eat will mainly be open at about 5 pm for dinner so if you feel hungry in the afternoon - try to find some snacks in convenient stores which are everywhere around. The receptionista are very friendly and always ready to help. I would definitly choose this hotel once I decide to go to Naha city.
Stayed here for 3 nights. As part of the sustainability goal, only stays with at least 3 nights will have room cleaning on alternate days. Wanted to avoid staying at Naha because of traffic and have bigger room space. The room is very new and comfortable. Parking is on the expensive end at 1500 yen per day. There is no room service for food available so you have to buy at Lawson below the hotel. What I love about this hotel is the breakfast buffet that serves local Okinawan food! It's also a short drive to Parco City. We asked the receptionist to help us book a taxi which costs 3300 yen to the airport for 30min. Recommend to rent a car to stay at the hotel.
Didn't see any staff (they left a letter at the Apar**ent main entrance, with instructions, pin for the main door and room number).
Apar**ent style with kitchenette, washing machine, & fridge. Have hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body foam, face/hand foam, but no safe.
Just drop the room key into a box near the main entrance lift lobby upon check out.
The villa is a bit old, but the whole beach in front of the hotel is very nice, the buffet is also very good, there is a free shuttle bus from the port to the hotel, but remember to call in advance to inform the boat. I like it and will come again next time
The room was clean and the front desk was very kind and nice, so I was able to spend very comfortable.
I am impressed that I can see fireflies in the garden of the hotel.
The washing machine was dry and free, so it was very helpful.
It is a recommended hotel.
The place is very beautiful and right next to the beach.
It has a swimming pool (it was just a bit dirty), a sauna, a small restaurant, and free parking.
However, the trailer we stayed in was very old, rusty, and smelled very musty. It was hard to sleep with the smell.

GGuest UserMr. Kinjo is a perfect getaway for solo travelers when in Okinawa. It has facilitates all over Naha, the main city on the island and it offers everything one needs. The room in Uenokura's Mr. Kinjo was absolutely a great one, it was clean, not so big, but extremely well accommodated. The bed was soft, felt like water bed at times, but it was comfortable and it only added to the overall experience, which was definitely a good one and I would recommend this hotel to anuone.
GGuest UserReview of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa
About me:
I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip.
⸻
👍 What I liked:
• Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience.
• Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay.
• Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.
• Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car.
• Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
• Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.
⸻
👎 What could be improved:
• Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area.
• Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience.
• Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.
GGuest UserWe brought our 3+ years old boy on a 2 night stay during golden week (May 2024) and opted in for a dinner buffet on the first night. It was 2200 yen per adult n foc for my boy. The spread was limited but worth all its penny as the beef was so tender and juicy so i feasted on it. All other dishes were also very good.
The private beach was convenient and the water was so clear it looked like mineral water. There was a 50% discount voucher you can get from the hotel reception for the banana boat ride at the private beach and our boy enjoyed this and another ride. The young instructor who pulled us out on a jet ski for our water rides was friendly and went at a good speed for our 3 year old who was doing the water actitivties for the first time without us having to tell him to do so. He even went to the coral reefs and picked up a starfish n a sea cucumber to show our boy before returning it back to the sea. The water activites was affordable with the discount, price similar to Msia/Thailand/Indonesia resorts i have been to.
I was apprehensive booking this resort after reading the reviews on the state of the hotel showing signs of aging. However, the place was well maintained. There was an unpleasant smell when i opened the door to our room but its actually just the tatami which needed some airing. After opening the windows to let in the natural breeze, all was good. Cleaniness for toilet was good too; just need to figure out the temp control for the shower. The onsite onsen was clean and easily accessible at the basement, and wld have cost us at least 1200yen for a visit to a public onsite iin naha.
Totally recommend this resort for a fam outing with young children. I understand they have barrier free access rooms on the first floor of the resort so there were some families with elderly too.
KKaito KidzI think it’s very good hotel in onna cheap price and good service they have many parking and activities
When you check in you can chooses 1 for free I recommend glass boat very beautiful
The view from the hotel very good you can walk in the beach before 22:00
GGuest UserExcept not 5 star clean as other hotel, in general I am happy with the location and the reasonable price. The room is spacious with very large TV

TTravel as life goalIf you are self driving in Okinawa, and will visit the central area, this is indeed a great place to stay, esp if you have a big group of family and friends. Why?
1. Responsive customer service, who gives out staying information timely. They can answer you within a day or hours. Very comprehensive information with cery clear instructions for check in and use of their facilities.
2. Location is easy to be found. Close to the salt factory which is worth visiting. Also close to the seaside road station where you can take a breathe and photos there. Close to beach as well if you like water sports.
3. The photo we took is from the accommodation, we stay on ground floor as there is no lift. We dont wish to carry luggage up a floor. Can see the bridge.
4. There is Bbq facilities, gas is provided and we can use bbq outdoor with no extra costs.
5. Though there is no seasoning in the accommodation, the kitchen utensils target for a large group of people to use. With rice cooker, stove, pans... enough to prepare for a decent meal. But if they can provide a electric stove for shabu shabu, it will be perfect
6. 8 beds, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 2 tables in one apartment. Very spacious. It is the last day before we leave Okinawa. We can pack luggage with ease with such space
7. Reasonable price with such modern furnishings and facilities.you cannot find a similar one nearby.
8. We went to buy food at aeon which is around half hour away.
GGuest UserAlthough the location is in the weathering area, it does not affect the safety at all. On the contrary, the liveliness is very moderate. The room is still enough, and there is a dryer. The room design is good. You can watch TV when you take a bath. The only thing to pay attention to is that it is self-check-in. To check in at the entrance, there are two flat screen computers at the small door. Please pay attention. They have no counter. Don't go to the restaurant at the entrance and ask. They will not be happy.

KkmendozaPros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean
Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here
