The Front Desk staff are polite and they smile. Great services from the lady in breakfast on 4 Oct 2024. Clean and spacious room. Thanks for the upgrade so we have a room with a corner bathtub. Room has a tube standing fan, luggage rack, working desk, 3 windows but no kettle and no small refrigerator. Heater works well. Buffet breakfast is good for the price in Europe. In South East Asia with this room rate, we will have better breakfast. The outdoor area on 8th floor has great view and you can smoke there.

While the hotel operates with minimal staff and self-check-in, everything was smooth and ready upon arrival. The room was very clean and had all the essentials. This is around 15-20 mins walk from the Oslo Central station. Not very centralized but convenient. Staff is very helpful when I had problem connecting to the wifi. Breakfast is amazing and there is a wide variety to choose from. One can have a heavy breakfast and skip lunch to save money. Also, the hotel is very close to the supermarket called Kiwi, allowing you to buy fruits and snacks at an affordable price.

The bed is so comfortable. It's so clean. I really like the Nordic interior design and lighting in my room. But this neighbourhood is under major construction. A few buildings nearby are being demolished. Walk carefully when you go out.

Great location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice. However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms. Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

Right next to Oslo central station, location is perfect. Room is very spacious, but common area is very small downstairs. Less self serve features available. Amenity and shower is quite new. Room is Super clean and quiet.

Staff were helpful. The power went out a few times and we finally figured it out it was because of a faulty light. We got to change to another room. Room is quite spacious that we can open 2 suitcases at the same time. Buffet breakfast was ok. Location is convenient with a tram stop nearby.

It was a really excellent hostel. Clean. Has all facilities and in the perfect location. The only thing I can suggest hostel improvement is to ask guests what they plan on doing at the hostel as, I stayed in a 12 bed mixed dorm and only met 2 people my age who wanted to meet and become friends and hang out etc. The rest were boring 50+ and even one 72 year old who was living there and was a let down as they kept complaining that we were talking after 11pm. If the young ones and old ones, or the quiet ones and the meet friends and go out ones are seperated, this hostel could be 5**

Driving from Gothenburg to Oslo, the hotel does not have a parking lot. The front desk gave a parking card when I checked in. It is easy to find the parking lot according to the card. It is a street away from the hotel, which is quite close. It's just that the parking fee is too expensive. It costs 840 NOK to park for two days. The card given by the hotel can be a little cheaper. But the hotel is very nice, the room is larger than expected, the breakfast is very good, and there is smoked salmon. It was a pleasure to eat. There are no umbrellas to borrow. Almost meaningless. Sleep peacefully. It is very convenient to go shopping and the location is superior. Overall not bad.
