Facilities excellent, rooms always clean. Very good varied breakfast, the only novelty was presented at the entrance because it did not reflect the reservation, I do not share the alternative solution by the establishment because they demanded a guarantee until the novelty was resolved, value that was refunded on the 3rd day.

Clean and great location. Lacking in customer service - we were on the 18th floor, which was a good view but we had some party people beside us each night, keeping us up at night (3-4am) I would think security would notice and tell them to shut it down. Pool was clean, hot pool was not functional. Breakfast buffet was wonderful - alot to choose from and staff was constantly refreshing the food.

Wasn't as clean as it could be. The staff was okay very lacking. Breakfast was boring, and monotonous ended up just getting breakfast at the malls. Valet basically non existent, annoying taxi service at entrance, really annoyed that there barely were any floor staff especially upon check in. Will stay again because of location and price.

We liked the location as it is walking distance from metro and all the attractions or you can take an Uber for under $10 for most places. Breakfast had good variety and included vegetarian choices of fresh fruits, eggs, cereals, breads, coffee, tea etc. There is a travel agency in the lobby to help you plan the trips. Very clean. Rooftop pool is quite big and clean.

Everything was great, it is located in the Cangrejo neighborhood, a very safe neighborhood. Next door there is a supermarket, a casino, many shops and restaurants and the metro stop. The room was quiet, with air conditioning. The pool and jacuzzi had warm water, if it wasn't too hot, you would get cold when you bathed. The buffet breakfast was very very small, with little variety and always the same. For everything else, perfect.

Big, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Beautiiful pool area. Excellent location. This is a charming old hotel in desperate need of some updates. The carpets are old, filthy and full of mold. The air conditioning vents constantly drip water and need replacing. The safes in the rooms also need replacing.

The location is average, with parking spaces and a swimming pool. The air conditioner in the room is a window unit, and the cooling effect is average. The shower water is quite big. It is also convenient to eat around. There is a Chinese supermarket opposite that allows shopping.
