The unit is very aesthetically arranged in such a way that you will feel like you were a Princess or a royalty. That's the vibe it gives off. Very well thought of, as in everything even the toiletries, is an upscale version of the so-so tpiletries from common hotels. Like all were good and expensive brands just waiting to be used by the tenant. Al in all, ut was a very pleasant experience.

Had a great experience during my stay. The check-in process was fast and smooth, which set a good tone from the start. The room was spacious and had complete amenities — everything I needed was provided. The air conditioning was stable and kept the room comfortable throughout. Service was superb; the staff were attentive and professional. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. Would definitely come back!

You’ve been incredibly accommodating—clearly a hotelier at heart. The company is fortunate to have someone like you on their team. Keep up the excellent work! GREAT ROOM: The restaurant servers, both at the breakfast buffet and during à la carte dinner service, were all very attentive and friendly. Their warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. CABIN/STATEROOM ATTENDANT: On the other hand, I found the service from my stateroom attendant to be lacking. Throughout my extended stay, there was little initiative to check in on the room, inquire if anything needed to be refreshed, or ensure we had everything we needed. As a long-staying guest, I had hoped for a bit more attentiveness and consistency in service.

We booked 6 rooms for 3 nights and 1 room for 1 night. We asked for same floor level, 2 rooms were given at different floor. And we asked if they can transfer us to the same floor the next day, they said it is fully booked. And they can only transfer 1 room, but the room we transfered into has some foul smell from the toilet. The hotel is connected to gatewaymall.

Place is clean and accessible to MOA. Staff are polite, guards are firm but respectful when reprimanding other guests. You can have your food (ordered from their restaurant beside the hotel) delivered via room service. Hotel is also close to fastfood chains (jollibee, burger king). However, I hope they can work on the nonsmoking rooms because i chose one but still smell of cigarettes is strong especially at night.

Love the view from the balcony, the host was very responsive, they are actually a team that I guess entertained for all the guests and they are very attentive and warm. I ask them to entertain my sister and my family as they are already in the lobby and they are very quick to respond, kudos to the host and team. My only other feedback is the pool access is not available for guests during weekends and holidays but the main purpose of renting the place was during holiday staycation so I'm giving 2 stars for the amenities only. 5 stars for the room itself ( love the interior design btw 😍) and 5 stars for the service cleanliness, the location is superb.

Both of my parents have enjoyed their stay at Thompson Suites. They said, “it’s the best sleep we had for a short vacation”. The room is clean, very organized and very minimalist. The host is very accommodating and making sure the their guests is well informed and would feel relaxed of their stay. Would definitely recommend Thompson Suites 👍👍

The staff is very welcoming, the room is very large, fully equipped, in good sanitary condition, with a nice view from the balcony, good security nearby, and fast food and convenience stores.

We enjoyed a lot during our stay here. The room is very cozy and design is very aesthetic😍… representative of the hotel is very approachable and professional… well stay here again… thanks a lot for the wonderful experience

The room and the hotel building were clean and tidy! There was a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient! I didn't quite know how to use the dryer, and I didn't know how to use it when I called the front desk, so it would have been helpful if there was a sign explaining how to use it. We stayed with five people and only had the bare minimum amenities, but there were only two toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap. There were five bath towels, but only one hand towel. Maybe it was just because we checked in early, but it would have been helpful if there were enough for everyone. The pool was large and beautiful, but it would have been nice to have a place to rest right next to the pool! There was also a gym, and it was quite close to the airport and shopping malls, so it felt like it was within walking distance!
