The best boutique hotel in Chiangmai! Comfortable king bed, clean room, cold powerful air-con, consistent hot water heater. Breakfast although not a big spread, but they provide basic and tasty food. Lots of free flow of water, fruits, instant cup noodles. Accessible centralised location near to main road of old city, less than 15 mins to airport and the Central airport mall. Will return again to book this hotel when I go back to Chiangmai.

The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. The hotel is new and very clean. It is in a good location, walking distance to the food venue and shopping mall. The room is spacious and has an air purifier. Breakfast box idea was great and varied. Staff are nice and helpful. Compare to the other hotels around that area, this hotel is perfect with the price and service.

The location is great and the room is okay. The hotel has no lift so that be mindful if you are traveling with heavy luggages. The staff did not help carrying luggage to the room. Overall, the ambience of the hotel is quite relaxing.

Very nice hotel right in the old town of Chiang Mai. The personnel is very kind and helps with all questions. They also organize your trip to the elephant sanctuary or the Thai boxing Stadion. We extended our stay for several days! Forchheim breakfast you can choose from three choices, but after several days it’s always the same so we went to choose from the plenty of breakfast offers nearby the hotel!

Pros: - The room is clean and spacious enough for comfort. - wi-fi connection speed is good and stable. - The cost is budget-friendly. Cons: - Some staff have no smile. - The room is quiet but noisy in mornings. - The location is somewhat distant from restaurants and shops, making it less convenient to reach them on foot.

The room is comfortable, but the designer neglected the completeness and thoughtfulness of the functions. For example, there is no hook for hanging towels, and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner can only be placed outside the bathroom. The design of the bath towels in the bathroom is not very thoughtful. An iron rack is designed, and the towels have to be placed close to the paint wall on the iron rack, which feels uncomfortable. The height difference between the room and the toilet is too large, and it is dangerous if you are not careful. The hotel has problems with sound insulation, and there is a lot of noise from motorcycles and guests closing doors. The hotel breakfast is unique and the staff has a good service attitude.

This minimalist/industrial style has been apparently very popular in Chiang Mai, and this hotel has executed it well enough by keeping the lobby modern and airy, with so much space to chill. Pool is clean, and the slide by the side definitely adds some fun bonus. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable enough to guarantee you a good sleep. However, the overall decor is a bit too simple that can be improved for more coziness. Overall, a good place, budget-friendly, covering all you need for a trip.

The room is relatively small, but fortunately there is a garden for fresh air. It is a distance from the city. Because it is a wooden house, the sound insulation is relatively poor. The houses next to it are snoring and the noise of cars on the road is quite noisy. After returning from going out, I finally got to the room and went directly to the sauna room. The room was very hot and I had to turn on the air conditioner for half a day. It was also very cold in the morning because it was not heat-insulated. There are generally few options for breakfast.
