We got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week. Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!

The staff at the reception are very friendly and treat you warmly during the check in and check out process. The room is very clean, spacious and smells good. housekeeping staff is also very nice and helpful. only this hotel does not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes. maybe upon request. This hotel is also very convenient and close to the shopping mall, Bangla Road and other shops. Will come again to stay here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay. This hotel is the best

Kata Beach
We are a little disappointed with this venue. The location is quite central in Kata, with everything in walking distance in this district. The landscaping is lovely however the rooms are not what the pics depict and are old and run down. That being said, it wasn't awful, I'm just over hotels using old pictures and photoshopped pics as it's deceiving. We paid for pool access room which was nice. Beds were comfortable and room was a good size. The cleaning staff didn't replenish our bathroom items like shower caps vanity kit etc, and didn't provide soap at all even though we left tips. They did clean well though. The pools are lovely, the place has 4 of them. The gym was pretty basic so if you're a gym enthusiast you're better off paying for somewhere else to use. We found the hotel pretty stingy in general. Only provided 3 teas and coffees in the rooms as we'd only paid for 3 guests. Had to ask each time for more if we needed. We had asked for a late checkout of only 1 hour and they wanted to charge me 250 bhat extra after already paying for 7 nights. Initially we asked at check in time but they said we had to wait closer to our checkout time as it would depend on bookings. I checked again yesterday as hotel wasn't busy with empty rooms and figured it should be OK. Firstly it's OK for a late check out if we pay, but when I questioned the fee given our length of stay and we were only asking for 1 hour max they then said the room was booked. If the room was booked for next guests, I'm unsure as to why paying 250 bhat would make a difference? The breakfast selection was not as great as a lot of other places we had stayed at of the same level. Overall, it wasn't an awful place, just disappointing as it could of been a lot better. Customer service was definitely below expectations. Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 4/5 Rooms Big, comfy beds. Decor dated but not an issue overall ok Nearby activities Markets, Beach, Massages, transport, food markets Walkability Great location, easily able to walk to many local shops, food and markets Food & drinks We only ordered pizza once as it was expensive and they stuffed up 2 out of our 3 pizza's we ordered and the pizza they stuffed up twice was our margherita pizza lol Hotel highlights Kid-friendly

Pros 1. A clean sheet, mattress, and pillow provide comfort. 2.The water pressure is excellent for hot or cold. You can wash your clothes in this spacious bathroom. Drying clothes on the balcony. 3. The mini fridge and A/C are functioning properly. 4. The place is in the straight line to the Patong beach 100 meters away. 5. There are numerous 7-Eleven locations around. Easy to get halal foods in this convenience shop at affordable prices. 6. Nearby, there are two Starbucks, one is 200 meters away and the other is 300 meters away by walking. Muslims have the option to order juices or coffee with plant-based milk. Watson’s are next to the store. 7. McD's, Subway, and Burger King are also near this place, but they are not Muslim friendly. Bars and eateries is numerous around. 8. You can get Halal famous banana crepe and pad Thai at street vendors along Patong Beach, but please look for the Halal signage. 9. The receptionist is fluent in English. The housekeeping lady is helpful and generous. Every morning she will place a bottle of drinking water in front of the door. 10. I made the full payment via Trip.com, there was no need for a deposit. 11. You can walk to Bangla Walking Street, Hard Rock Cafe/Shop, and OTOP Market in less than 1km. 12. I charged RM130 for three nights. I love the location that surrounded a lot of attractions and can reach on foot. To get to this place from the airport, you can take a minivan at a cost of 180 baht per person. You'll be dropped off at the roadside and then walk to the hotel about 300 meters. 13. Wi-Fi connection is good. 14. Functioning water kettle. 15. Shampoo and soap is provided but better bring your own. 16. Easy to get Bolt e-hailing service at the roadside without long waits. Cons 1. The TV is not working at all. 2. No iron is provided inside and out of the room. But, this place is offering the service of washing, drying, and ironing for 100 Baht per KG. 3. The shower curtain is very dirty. I hope the hotel can change it to make the customers comfortable. 4. The balcony is slightly filthy and rusty.
Bell lifestyle Hostel Phuket

I really loved the place! It is SSOOOOOO clean! I wanted to stay longer. It is near 7 Eleven (which is common in Thailand.😀😄) It is also ear the airport. One guest told me he walked from the airport to the hostel, and I wish I did the same. Haha. I took the bus which was near the domestic departure area. It cost 100 baht. Anyway, I walked from the hostel to Nai Yang Beach and Sirinat National Park to get a short glimpse of the beach! I really loved it. Here are some suggestions I'd like to make: 1) Make the signage outside bigger especially for those who'll be arriving at night. I arrived at 7pm and struggled to find on Google Maps where the hostel was. It took me 15 minutes to walk back and forth before I saw I was standing in front of it! Lol. It's beside Wyndham Royal Lee Phuket. 2) The bar was closed on the night I stayed, so that's a good thing. Maybe do something about the loud music just in case, so that guests will have a good sleep especially those who have an early flight/travel schedule. 3) I couldn't find a female dorm and male dorm option, so I assume all rooms are mixed dorms for men and women. I would suggest working on having a female dorm and a male dorm separately. I was a bit nervous at first when it was only me and a guy in the room, then luckily another guy arrived. I was about to book a nearby hotel for 350 baht because I wasn't comfortable and would've been unable to sleep had the second male guest not arrived. Other than those, this hostel is PERFECT! *nice and welcoming staff *shower with shampoo and soap (which I never experienced in my former hostel stays in Malaysia and Laos) *clean toilets with tissue *cabinet with towel and key (I had to pay for my towel use in Laos) *locker with key *really nice living room with free water and tissue (Again, never experienced this in other hostels.) Oh I still have so many good things to say about the place! I'll definitely come back to enjoy the beach more. Thank you so much! 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
Rabbitel Phuket

Phuket Town
For the price we paid, the rabbitel absolutely delievered. Obviously it's not a 5 star hotel, but everything was clean, the boxes in the rooms give you at least a little privacy, shampoo and shower gel in the showers is refilled regularly and the trash bins are emptied every day. The Ladies behind the front desk were always willing to help with questions and they even went out of their way to let us check in at around 1 am. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, my only criticism is, that there are inky trash bins in the toilets, none in the rooms or the hallways. That was a little inconvenient, but not too big of a problem. The location is pretty good too, you can get to everywhere in Phuket old town with a short walk. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed 4D3N Dec 9-12 with 570 + MYR. 3 stars hotel with all basic facilities you need! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who looking for great location, good price and nice accomodation. Our room is just nice, and the toilet is clean. The staff is not too friendly, but acceptable for us as long we satiesfied with our hotel. You'll have basic toilet stuff like shampoo and bath gel, towel, same goes to the room. You can borrow iron from the desk staff, just ring them, they will delivered to your room. The hotel location is superb great! Walking distance to Mosque Nurul Islam (for muslim) around 4-5 mins, 5 mins to Patong Beach, and Kalim Beach quite far may need to ride Tuktuk for 100 bhat per pax. As for Bangla Road and Jungceylon Center, may need to take Tuktuk as well, for walking distance will take around 10-15mins. Near to the hotel you can get all halal restaurant, we had massage in front our hotel too. You can rent motorbike, plenty shops provide the services for motorbike! Overall, we satisfied and would love to come back again to this hotel, its highly recommended!

The location is okay. 10 minutes down the street and you are at the beach. There is a pool on the roof but nobody takes care about that pool. And the worst was the smell. This terrible smell all over the room that comes from the bathroom. OMG. Nothing helped to kill that smell. Another thing there is only one old plastic chair to sit at the balcony. So after all the experience is so-so. I won't come back definitely
