mackelEntering from the north gate and exiting from the south, the descent is much easier; there's also a cave-style elevator that saves you half an hour of climbing stairs, taking you directly to the waterfall. The first thing you see are two slender waterfalls, and a few steps down leads to the first tier. Although not my first time seeing it, I was still awestruck by its grandeur, truly deserving of its title as China's highest waterfall (H207m, certified by the Shanghai Great World Guinness Headquarters in September 2013 as "China's highest single-drop waterfall"). Continuing down to the second tier, this waterfall is divided into upper and lower sections, also quite spectacular. Passing through the Water Curtain Cave, you arrive at the viewing platform. A small plane takes off, flying high enough to simultaneously capture the first tier in view, instantly transforming it into a three-tiered waterfall. The most beautiful sight is that rainbows span both the first and second tiers, a truly stunning sight!
