Not far from Dongxi Lane, there are dedicated guided tours inside the school. Rating it 5A is a bit of an exaggeration. The tour guides seemed to be pushing sales, constantly trying to sell things. It felt too commercial.

I came too late this time. April and May are for seeing the greenery, and September and October are for seeing the yellow. Guilin's scenery is the best under heaven, and the Li River cruise accounts for more than half of it. When you come to Guilin, you must experience the Li River cruise. The upper cabin I bought was on the second floor, but there wasn't much difference from the first floor.
