Renfe Over-60s Fare

Renfe offers up to 40% discounts for those aged over 60 with the Tarjeta Dorada. The card costs €6 for one year, €12 for two years, and €15 for three years. If you are travelling on AVE and AVE international trains, you can get a 25% discount. For Avant trains, discounts vary between weekdays and weekends: during weekdays, you can get a 25% discount, while on weekends, you can receive a 40% discount. Note that all services provided with discounted tickets are the same as those with full-price tickets. The same applies to whether changes and refunds are allowed.

Renfe Young Persons Fare

Renfe offers up to 30% off train fares for young people aged 14 to 25 with the Más Renfe Joven Card, which costs €50. The card is valid for a year and is non-transferable. For groups of more than 25 people, you can submit a quote to see if it will be accepted. Please note that all Renfe group tickets are non-changeable.
