We arrived just in time, but the e-tickets wouldn't load due to poor cell phone signal. Luckily, we contacted Eva at the ticket office and she helped us get in. This rushed start turned out to be a captivating, informative, and humorous museum tour from start to finish. Although I've never been particularly interested in religious themes or medieval art, Eva—a Florence official guide with an art history background—with her friendly Northeastern accent, completely immersed us in the experience, providing a fresh and enjoyable art experience. The two hours flew by, leaving us wanting more. In Florence, find your official guide Eva for a unique and fun, educational experience!
The place is totally worth it and it’s super nice and so historic and the portrait it looks very nice.
To see the dazzling world famous paintings, it is recommended to join a tour group so that you can better understand the background stories, or rent an audio guide when you get inside. Otherwise, you are knowledgeable and don’t need help. Some paintings or sculptures require waiting in line to see them.
It is definitely a visual feast! There are so many paintings by top masters that you can't even see them all. It is really shocking! When you are tired, take a break in the cafe and bask in the sun. You can continue to enjoy the scenery after fully charging! Be sure to book your tickets in advance
The collections in the Uffizi Gallery are dizzying, and the authentic works of masters such as da Vinci, michelangelo, and botticelli are all a complete visual feast. From spring to the birth of Venus, each painting is worth stopping for a long time. The pavilion has a reasonable design, soft light and a very comfortable visit. Standing in front of the window, you can also see the scenery of the Arnold River and the old bridge, and the beauty of the art and the city is just right. It is not only a paradise for art lovers, but also a more intuitive feeling about the glory of the Renaissance.
It's definitely worth a visit! You can see so many unique works of art here. You can see the evolution of oil painting styles and witness the history of painting techniques and composition from two-dimensional to three-dimensional. Witness the development of art.
It is well worth seeing. The view of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore from the Uffizi Gallery is also another view.
