lovely experience, had so much fun exploring the place and see different animals there. there is a coffee shop in there to take a break.
I was amazed with the London zoo and the way they've been trying to keep the animals of the past alive for the future for everyone to see if they go extinct also the work they have been doing in a breeding program in all sorts of animals and I would recommend it to anyone that visiting London with or without kids to give it a visit
London Zoo is a historic zoological park in the heart of the city, home to a diverse range of animals and conservation efforts.w
We were so disappointed with our visit. We went with a child who is 3 and hoped to show him a number of the animals he desperately wanted to see. What we found were lots of empty enclosures. The main things he wanted to see but were not visible were the tigers, gorillas, pigmy hippos, and giraffe's. I know the Zoo is all about conservation but how can they expect people to pay hard earned money for empty enclosures.
zz I personally like this zoo, which is located in Regent's Park. It is small but well-equipped. The whole zoo is divided into two parts, the old and the new. After buying a ticket, you can enter the new part from the main gate, where there are penguins, butterflies, lions, gorillas, alpacas, tigers, porcupines, lambs, etc. Go through the underground passage to the old part, where there are tropical plants and animals, giraffes, etc. At the main gate, the staff will give you a map, and there are also feeding times for some animals on the back. zz went to see the tigers and sat in the giraffe pavilion for an hour. The staff said that the three giraffes here are all girls, and this giraffe pavilion was built in the 18th (maybe 1856, I don't remember clearly). It is the first venue here, and it has been in use for hundreds of years, which is quite magical. Overall, it is quite good here. As for the ticket, I bought a concession ticket with donations, which is 26.4 pounds, which is a bit expensive. There are cafes and souvenir shops in the zoo, which are suitable for a leisurely day.
London Zoo is a place full of life and vitality! There are not only rare animals from all over the world, but also a carefully designed ecological environment, so that every visitor can feel the charm of nature. From the majestic lions to the cute giant pandas, every animal makes people stop and watch. Moreover, the zoo is also committed to protecting endangered species and promoting environmental education. It is really an interesting and meaningful place to go!
London Zoo has a long history and is one of the oldest zoos in the world. There are a variety of animals here, allowing you to observe their lives up close. The environment of the zoo is also very good, simulating the natural habitat of the animals. There are also some interesting interactive activities to increase the fun of playing. If you like animals, London Zoo is definitely a good place to go.
It feels more suitable for children. But the scale and venue conditions are not as good as Beijing Zoo. Not far from the door is a panda sculpture Mingming, presented in 2015. Penguin House is worth visiting. A photo album can be seen at the exit. If you are satisfied, you can choose to buy it for 20 pounds.
