The Instagrammable Hotel in Xiamen That All My Girlfriends Are Asking About! So Cozy!
Xiamen Marriott Hotel Haicang
📍Great Location
I chose the Marriott Hotel Haicang for my trip to Xiamen, and the location is amazing! It's on Xiamen Island, very close to the beach, and you can feel the sea breeze with just a short walk. Plus, there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and have fun around, and the transportation is convenient, with the subway nearby, making it easy to get around.
🏨Hotel Lobby: Great First Impression
As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was amazed. The lobby is very spacious, the decor is modern, and everything is clean. The receptionists were very welcoming and checked me in quickly. They also gave me a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities, which I found very thoughtful.
🛏️Room Details: So Sweet
The room was a pleasant surprise. The bed was very soft and comfortable, and I slept until I woke up naturally. The room also had a large window, and when I opened the curtains, I could see the view outside, which instantly put me in a good mood. There was also free bottled water and snacks in the room, which made me feel that the hotel really cares.
🍽️Rich Breakfast: Very Satisfying
The hotel's breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options. There are various types of porridge, bread, fruit, and hot dishes, all of which taste good. I especially liked their jianbing guozi (Chinese savory crepe), which was very fragrant. The restaurant's environment was also very nice, and the staff were very attentive. Every time I needed something, they were quick to help.
🏊♀️Full Facilities: Great Experience
The hotel's gym and swimming pool are great. The gym has a full range of equipment, and I went there every morning to work out. The swimming pool was also very clean, and the water temperature was just right. I even swam a few laps in it. The hotel also has free parking, which is very important for me as a driver.
🎉I Was So Happy With My Stay
I was very satisfied with my stay at the Xiamen Marriott Hotel Haicang. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, every detail made me feel very comfortable. The hotel's environment, service, and facilities made me feel that I got great value for my money. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Xiamen next time!
Other visitors' reviews of Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady, Macau
Show More Reviews【Cathedral Church of the Nativity】 Since the Chinese in the past called the church a temple, it was once called the Great Temple, and the place in front of it was also called the "Top of the Great Temple". Because it is located on a small slope and faces the South Bay, women in the old days often looked forward to the return of their husbands who went to sea, so it is also known as Wangren Temple. But now due to land reclamation in Nanwan, the coast can no longer be seen from the lobby. The name of Wangren Temple is no longer familiar to people. It was built before 1576 as a small wooden building. After years of wind and rain erosion, it became dilapidated. In 1849, the Catholic Church gathered donations from the public and rebuilt it. Today's appearance and scale were built here. On February 14, 1850, Bishop Ma Da of the Catholic Diocese of Macau presided over the first consecration ceremony. During the Jiaxu Typhoon in 1874, the original two vaults on the top of the lobby were destroyed by typhoons and have not been repaired, resulting in today's flat-roof design. In 1937, the cathedral was rebuilt into a three-piece earthen building at a cost of NT$109,000, giving it the magnificent appearance it has today. Address: No. 1, Macau Lobby Front Tickets: Free
