Sky Candle Peak

The climbing road to the east of Mount Tai is called Dongyu Road. The first majestic mountain peak you see during the climb is called Tianzhu Peak. This is an open area of ​​Mount Tai with beautiful scenery. It is famous for its beautiful mountain scenery and few people. Beauty is just a little further away.

I went there in September. I don't know if the water flowing down from Mount Tai is rainwater or artificially pumped up. It's a free attraction, mostly for family tours. If you want to climb the mountain from here, you need to buy a ticket. You can finish the tour in one or two hours. There are too few places to eat. I just found a random store on the way there. It's not cost-effective. Maybe I didn't find the right place.

Mount Tai is famous for its steepness. The Eighteen Bends of Mount Tai is the most typical example. The slope is really steep. Looking down from the South Gate of Heaven, you can see many tourists climbing up with their hands and feet, and then they collapse from exhaustion after climbing up.

I personally feel that the scenery at Tianzhu Peak is the most beautiful on Mount Tai. I came to Mount Tai today specifically to play here and I was really exhausted from climbing. The scenery is just so-so, so I just consider it as an exercise.

Tianzhu Peak is on the east side of Mount Tai. You can see it by walking down the mountain eastward along Tianjie after reaching the top from Nantianmen. It is also called Tianzhu Divine Turtle. You can see Tianzhu Peak from afar when you watch the sunrise in the morning. You will go down the mountain from the east.
