The restaurant is fantastic!! Very rarely will you come across a menu so good that you could easily come back for an entire week, never have the same dish twice and never be disappointed. The establishment is also a hotel with modern well appointed and decorated rooms. Located n the center of the old town, with in easy walking distance of the must see sights of Albi.

Frankly, we found this restaurant overrated. We don't mind creative cooking-when it works. Several dishes just didn't score. The dining room is pretty, but somehow, it was filled with a lot of noisy people-very rare in France. Serving staff-pleasant, but a bit distracted.

Exceptional welcome service and quality of food, this establishment is great, we will come back. The smile of all the staff and the humor of the head waiter are remarkable

Excellent dinner in a superb setting. The 37€ menu was succulent and the products are magnified to perfection. I can only highly recommend this restaurant.
