The George & Dragon - Epping

We went on a Monday evening, and a few other tables were taken, shows they are doing things right when lots of places are not opening on Mon/Tues and when we find one open if more than 2 or 3 tables are taken you are lucky. The bar was also fairly busy. Food as usual was good, with generous portions, I would prefer the sauces to be a little lighter but meals were very tasty and good quality. With friendly service.

Our second visit, again food good, served by Ioana who remembered us from last time. Turning into our favourite pub to eat, quality is good well presented and generous portions.

We had a fab meal! And I have to say Ioana was amazing. What brilliant service and what a personable and excellent waitress. If all your staff are like her then you are surely on a winner. :) Can't wait to come back and just hope Ioana is on duty then too!

I am a frequent guest at the George and Dragon for Sunday Lunch and I highly rate the quality of food. The staff are polite, friendly and professional and they have a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. They are also very welcoming to children and babies.

Lovely pub. Staff are very friendly and extremely efficient. Food was delicious! Highly recommend. The only criticism is that parking can be tricky when car park is full
