Dolhareubang Sikdang

I had seen this restaurant on a travel program introducing Jeju Island before, and happened to come here on the way. The food there is really good, including casserole and eel. The way the eel is cooked here is a bit similar to that in Japan, which is pretty good, well handled, and the price is acceptable.

Horse mackerel is a specialty fish of Jeju Island. The grandfather's family has been preparing this bowl of horse mackerel soup for three generations. The fish soup is clear and the vegetables make it nutritious and delicious. If you feel it is too light, you can add some chili sauce and garlic paste made by the grandfather himself. The side dishes are also refreshing, especially the spicy stewed horse mackerel, which is tender and salty. The raw squid shreds are slightly spicy and sweet and melt in your mouth.
