Heilongtan InterContinental Hotel is a good place for vacation. The environment is very comfortable. You can drink tea by the Swan Lake outside Shunxing Restaurant, relax and enjoy life. You can eat fish at Shunxing in the evening. I heard from friends that Shunxing Restaurant is quite famous.

I have been here several times. It is very convenient to eat at this fish restaurant when staying in the hotel. It mainly eats river food, with some Sichuan dishes and local specialties. The Heilongtan chopped pepper fish head and the home-style fish with shellfish, turmeric and spicy diced are must-order dishes. Maoxuewang, twice-cooked pork, farm-style mixed chicken, and pot-side steamed buns are very distinctive and worth recommending.

I went out to play with my sisters today, but we didn't go far due to the epidemic. After thinking for a long time, I decided to go to Heilongtan. The environment at the InterContinental Hotel is beautiful, with birds singing and flowers blooming, and the air is especially fresh. We had dinner at Shunxing Fresh Fish Restaurant in the InterContinental Hotel. For lunch, we had chopped pepper fish head with homely flavor. The fish meat was especially tender and fresh, and the spiciness of the fish was just right. For hot pot in the evening, we ordered a few pounds of big fish heads. The fish head meat was especially tender. The waiter introduced that it was deepwater silver carp head, which was of good quality. The hot pot tasted really good and suitable. I will come to this restaurant next time.
