The high tea was delicious and our third high tea at this Venue so we do enjoy it . Very very Disappointed with the public Holiday surcharge that was added to my bill which i wasnt aware of when i made the booking or in any emails or texts that i received. I understand a surcharge for Easter Sunday but not for Easter Saturday so in future i will not return to this Venue for a Easter High Tea with a credit card charge and that added it was another $20 added to our bill.. so in future we will not attend this venue on a public Holiday or a Sunday

Thank you so much Chef for a delightful high tea and being ever so accommodating with my last minute dietary request. I would love a master class with your Dessert Chef as the lemon curd was exceptional - I was sad when both of our servings were finished.Thank you so much Beau for taking such good care of my daughter and making our high tea experience an ever lasting memory.

Fabulous Christmas lunch out with the family. Food selection and ambience was fantastic. Drinks service a little absent and slow, had to go looking for our waiter. Musician on the day was fantastic. Kids enjoyed booth seating and Santa’s visit. Would love to book again for Christmas lunch.

We had a lovely high tea, was actually one of the best that we have been too and we have been to quite a few. The food was delicious and the views and surroundings were beautiful, we were actually glad that we had been moved upstairs into a different lounge area. I would of given a perfect ten, but the staff member looking after us was very nice and polite the only thing was it was hard to get her attention if we needed more water or another hot drink, she didnt come past us that often, but apart from that couldnt fault her at all.Overall one of the better high teas in Melbourne CBD area and we have been to a couple of shockers. Will definately be back when you have a different theme for your high tea ????????.
