gluten intolerant (celiac patient) I was able to feast. The waiter was able to inform me and advise me on the dishes to choose safely. I was even entitled to gluten-free rolls because I had specified my intolerance when booking. The other guests also appreciated the refinement of the dishes, The service is impeccable. Very nice experience.

What can I say? We arrived and were well received by the waiter. We scanned the QR Code to see the menu (COVID period), and there... amazement! None, with two exceptions, of the dishes presented on the site were available, whether starter or main course. We left extremely disappointed. That said, this must surely be due to COVID and not to waste a fresh material excessively, which is what we hear, but the menu should at least be kept up to date. We will repeat the experience (much) later, dining next to the pool delighted us though.
