⭐ Store Highlights
- Global debut of "Shanghai Exclusives": Limited-edition dolls and keychains, such as the hairy crab design and the three little ones in cheongsams with bun hairstyles, are only available here.
- Immersive scenes: 1:1 replicas of classic scenes from the animation, featuring giant photo installations and interactive check-in spots, making you feel like you've stepped into Chiikawa's "mini world."
- Full range of merchandise: Over 1,000 SKUs including plush toys, stationery, food toys, home goods, accessories, and more. Some items will be released simultaneously with Japan.
💌 How to Enter
- Advance booking is required for entry from September 27 to October 8: Select a time slot through the official mini-program "Chiikawa NEWS" and scan the QR code on-site for entry. Walk-ins can queue on-site, but entry will be restricted during peak hours.
- From October 9 onwards, no booking is required for entry. Please refer to official announcements for any special circumstances.

Subway: A 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of the East Nanjing Road Station on Lines 2/10.
Driving: Navigate to the "New World Dawan Department Store underground parking lot" and take the elevator to the ground floor to reach the store; or park at the "Jiujiang Building multi-story parking lot" and walk for 4 minutes.
Nearby attractions: A 5-minute walk to The Bund and Yu Garden. After visiting the flagship store, you can easily check out Shanghai's landmarks.
⚠ Tips
- An overnight queuing area is set up outside the store. The overnight queuing mode will start at 12:00 AM on September 27. Popular limited-edition items are released in fixed quantities daily, so it's recommended to arrive early.
- Queuing stops at 8:30 PM daily, and the store is cleared at 9:30 PM. On peak days, shopping is limited to 30 minutes per session, with a separate express checkout lane.
- The official reminder is to "shop rationally and refuse proxy buyers." Some individual items are subject to a "one purchase per person with valid ID" policy.
